Support for Development 19-1-2-4
December 16, 2024 Dear Leia LaPlace-Matthews Territorial Planner Department of Planning and Natural Resources #45 Mars Hill, Frederiksted, St. Croix, VI 00840-4474 RE: Support for development at 19-1-2-4 As property owner to the adjacent property 19-1-2-8 Smith Bay Nos. 1, 2, & 3 East End Quarter | am writing to express my support for the development proposed at 19-1-2-4 Smith Bay Nos. 1, 2, & 3 East End Quarter. The development would add value and compliment the burgeoning neighborhood offering modern multi-family dwelling with high-end amenities with great emphasis on sustainable living. Mr. Boyd and myself have already transformed the area which was void of an access road and utilities. To the latter, | am glad to say within a few weeks, we should have power and potable water thanks to the tremendous efforts of the staff at the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority. In summary, | hope this letter conveys my support of this project and my wishes to see it come to fruition. This neighborhood will be capable of being one of the Virgin Islands best. …
