s gLX AN LS ® Holders of Liberty Bonds - HE Bank having been requested by the I'reasury Department in Wash- ington to assist the Treasury and the Public in having the temporary Liberty Bonds held in these “islands, exchanged for permanent Bonds, has considered it a pleasure to place its facilities at the disposal of the Treasury for the said purpose, for which reason it begs to notity the Public that it is willing to receive, without costs or charges, any Bonds held in these Communities, and forward same to Washington for Exchange as mentioned above. Allholders of the Third Liberty Loan Bonds are particular- ly requested to address the Bank as early as possible with their Holdings, in order to obtain the new Bonds with attached Coupons.
