My 14 name is Trevor Velinor, Police Commissioner of the Virgin Islands Police 15 Department. I am pleased to offer an update on VIPD’s operations and overview 16 of initiatives to reduce crime, improve police operations, build trust, increase 17 community engagement, and improve recruitment and retention in the territory. 18 VIPD’s mission is to protect the people and property of these United States 19 Virgin Islands. …
