BILL NO. 32-0149 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2017 An Act to rezone Plot No. 38 King Street, Frederiksted, St. Croix from R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood) oo-Q--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-18 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 38 King Street, Frederiksted Town, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 2.878 square feet, as more fully described on PWD Map drawing No. 2587, dated May 29, 1969, from R-4+ (Residential-Medium Density) to B-2 (Business- Secondary/Neighborhood}. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on November 30, 2017.
