ACTNO. 6778 BILL NO. 26-0112 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2005 To appropriate the sum of $4,555,349 from the General Fund to WTJX Public Television System for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006 --0— BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the Genera] Fund to WTJX Public Television System $2,623,668 for operating expenses and related costs for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006. SECTION 2. There is appropriated from the General Fund to WTJX Public Television System $1,931,681 to provide for the digital upgrading of the system. The sum remains available until expended.
