TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLAN Regular Session 2008 An Act to rezone "Plot No. 22 Strind Street, Christiansted, St. Croix from R-3 R dential Medium Density) to S (Special) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code,’ chapt Official Zoning Map No. ZAC-08-05 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changin zoning designation for Plot No. 22 Strand Street, Christiansted, St. Croix, consisting approximately .448 U.S. acres as more adequately described on Department of Public Work: Drawing No. 5551, dated May 6, 2004, from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to S (Sp Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 18, 2008.
