ACTNO. 7274 BILL NO. 29-0139 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2011 An Act to rezone Plot No. 23A Hospital Street, Frederiksted, St. Croix, Virgin Islands from R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-1 (Business-Central Business District) | Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-18, for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 23A Hospital Street, Frederiksted, St. Croix, Virgin Islands consisting of approximately 0.6 U.S. acres from R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-1 (Business-Central Business District). SECTION 2. Notwithstanding title 29 Virgin Islands Code, section 238, a use variance from the B-1 (Business-Central Business District) zoning designation is granted to Plot No. 23A Hospital Street, Frederiksted, St. Croix, Virgin Islands consisting of 0.6 U.S. acres, as more fully described in the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-18, for the island of St. …
