Washington and Sallys Fancy |DATE: Monday, March 25, 2019 |PREPARED BY: Eran Flemming DESCRIPTION OF WORK Sallys Fancy - Roadway No.1 RIGID PAVEMENT LENGTH = 1,900 L.F ROAD WIDTH = 15 L.F utilized @10" O.C for slob 30301 Road Reconditioning (Grading) 19 Stations Untreated Aggregate (1/4"-3/4" 30101 compacted crushed stone base 8" 704 CY depth) Structural concrete in place for roadway 40101(A) (1,900'x15'x8"thick). 3/8" rebars shall be 3167 SY utilized @10" O.C for slob Sallys Fancy - Roadway No.2 IRIGID PAVEMENT LENGTH = 430 L.F ROAD WIDTH = 20 L.F 30301 Road Reconditioning (Grading) 4.3 Stations Untreated Aggregate (1/4"-3/4" 30101 compacted crushed stone base 8" 212 CY depth) Structural concrete in place for roadway 40101(A) (425'x20'x8" thick). 3/8" rebars shall be 956 S.Y jUnion & Mt. Washington - Five Entrances to be Excavated and reconstructed with Concrete AAREA OF ENTRANCE = 155 S.Y 30301 - Excavation of Roadways for the contruction of Low water Crossing 170 CY Construction of five (5} Low Water Crossing to include all forming, rebars and granular-fill. David Oliver Drive, 60801 > 77 S.Y Tamrind Drive, Corry Drive, Sun Set 5 Sv Drive & Blue Dolphin Drive. Misc. Materials Testing 1 LS: 15101 Mobilization 1 LS TOTAL = Duration of Project - 120 calendar days Total cost for the project licensed Contractor President of Company. Note: The undersigned Contractor acknowledges that the quantities included on-the Bid Sheet are estimated values. It is the Contractor's responsibility to ascertain that the required material and quanties are included in the Bid Sheet in the event that there is.a. descrepency between what the Contractor estimates is required to complete said project. Any descrepancies in values or material required must be identified at the time of the Pre-Bid meeting. Once the contract is executed, the Contractor will be required to. complete the project based on selected bidder's contractual agreement cost.
