ACTNO, 7796 BILL NO. 31-0239 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act amending Official Zoning Map SCZ-12 for the island of St. Croix, rezoning Parcel No. 240 of Plot No. 6 Estate Peter’s Rest, Queen Quarter, St. Croix from R-2 (Residential- Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business Scattered) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-12 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 240 of Plot 6 Estate Peter’s Rest, Queen Quarter, St. Croix Virgin Islands, consisting of 0.333 U.S. acres, as described on Drawing No. 1773 dated April 26, 1965, from R-2 (Residential- Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business Scattered).
