Title 29 Virgin Istands Code. chapter 17 ts amended as follows: (a) by designating the tittle of the chapter as the “Antiquities and Cultural Properties and Historic Government Collections”: (b) by designating the provisions of chapter 17 as subchapter 1 and by striking all references to “this chapter” and inserting “this subchapter”; and (c) by adding a subchapter I] that reads: “Subchapter I. Preservation of Historic Government Collections § 971. This subchapter may be cited as “The Preservation of Historic Government Collections Act.” § 972. …
