ACT NO, 805 BILL NO. 32-0059 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act to amend title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 9 relating to regulation of billboards ---()--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 9 is amended in the following instances: (a) Section 502 is amended by striking “twenty-five (25)" and inserting “10° and by inserting at the end of the section the following language: “or be a changeable electronic variable Message sign, or a digital billboard or smartboard that has animation, movement or the appearance or optical illusion of movement of any part of the sign structure”. …
