ACTNO. 7399 BILL NO. 29-0376 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act ratifying the Governor’s approval of Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-08-11(L&W) issued to Chaconia Properties, LLC ---0--- WHEREAS, the St. Thomas Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Commission issued Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-08-11(L&W) to Chaconia Properties, LLC on May 4, 2012; and WHEREAS, Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-08-11(L&W) authorizes the continued use of existing structures on submerged lands consisting of: (1) A 900 sq. ft. two-story building on filled land; (2) A 2,380 sq. ft. gravel parking lot on filled land; (3) A 600 sq. ft. concrete apron and bulkhead on filled land; (4) A 420 sq. ft. …
