THE VIRGIN ISLANDS POLICE DEPARTMENT “To Protect and Serve” Office of the Commissioner VIPD MEDIA INVITE - 092923-313 For Immediate Media Distribution September 29, 2023 Graduation Ceremony for Peace Officer Recruits to be held on St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands - The Virgin Islands Police Department, St. Thomas District will be hosting the graduation ceremony for Peace Officer Recruit Training Class 2023-1 on Monday, October 2, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Elridge Wilburn Blake Sports and Fitness Center.
