COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE/SESSION BILL NO. 35-0322 Thirty-Fifth Legislature of the Virgin Islands August 30, 2024 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-18 for the island of St. Croix to rezone Plots No. 36, 37, 38, and 42 Strand Street, Town of Frederiksted, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, from W- 1 (Waterfront-Pleasure) to B-1 (Business-Central Business District) PROPOSED BY: Senator Novelle. E. Francis, Jr., by Request of the Governor Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the 2 Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-18 for the island of St. Croix, Virgin Islands is amended by 3 changing the zoning designation for Plots No. 36, 37, and 38 Strand Street, Town of 4 Frederiksted, Westend Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 40,201 5 U.S. sq. ft., as more fully shown on OLG Drawing No. 3246, dated October 17, 1975, and Plot 6 No. 42 Strand Street, Town of Frederiksted, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of 7 approximately 0.1944 U.S. …
