ACTNO, %?%68 BILL NO. 31-0209 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act appropriating the sum of $11,500,000 from the Transportation Trust Fund as a contribution to the General Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding 33 VIC § 3003a (e), the sum of $11,500,000 is appropriated out of the Transportation Trust Fund in the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2016, as a contribution to the General Fund.
