ACT NO.6465 BILL NO. 24-0169 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2001 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-3 for Plot No. 10-4 Estate Carolina, No. 1 Coral Bay Quarter, St. John from R-2 to B-3 ---(--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-3 for the island of St. John is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 10-4 Estate Carolina, No. 1 Coral Bay Quarter, St. John consisting of 0.38 U.S. acres as more fully described on Public Works Drawing No. F9-1990-T67 from R-2 (Residential-Low Density) to B-3 (Business-Scattered).
