ACTNO, 8697 BILL NO. 34-0390 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act approving the lease agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands, acting through its Commissioner of the Department of Property and Procurement, and St. Croix Majorettes, Inc. to lease the property known as The Enrique Romero Nieves American Legion Post No. 102 and the land adjacent, located at Remainder of Parcel No. 1 Estate Peter’s Rest, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, for a practice center, headquarters, civic activities, and other related activities associated with the St. Croix Majorettes, Inc. ---0--- WHEREAS, on July 26, 2022, the Governor of the Virgin Islands, approved the lease agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands and St. Croix Majorettes, Inc.; and WHEREAS, St. Croix Majorette, Inc. will be leasing the property known as “The Enrique Romero Nieves American Legion Post No. 102” and the adjacent land, located at Remainder of Parcel No. 1 Estate Peter’s Rest, Queen Quarter, St. …
