Micro-Fridge Contract I_________________________ SUITE_________ROOM__________ certify that: ______ I am renting a Micro-Fridge from the University for ______________semester a rate of $100.00 for the semester. I also understand that this serves as a Contract between me and the University. ______ I Understand that the Micro-fridge shall not be moved from the suite unless approved by the Student Housing Supervisor. It shall not be tampered with in any fashion which causes damage to the unit. _____I receive Microfridge operable to include its warming rotating plate. _____I receive Microfridge clean and free of mole. _____I Am responsible for the Micro-Fridge that is located in my suite. I will be held Accountable for any damages done to the Micro-fridge if no one takes Ownership of the damages. ______ I Agree to abide by the instructions provided in the Micro-Fridge for proper operations of the UNIT. ______I Understand that if I violate the rules and instructions guiding the use f the Micro-Fridge, it is subject to be removed from the suite as well as additional fees will be added. …

I also understand that this serves as a Contract between me and the University. ______ I Understand that the Micro-fridge shall not be moved from the suite unless approved by the Student Housing Supervisor.
