ACT NO. 6810 BILL NO. 26-0178 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2005 Wo amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ -3 for Plot No. 156 Rust Op Twist, St. Croix from R-1 to A-2 ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-3 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 156 Rust-Op-Twist, consisting of 4.7445 U.S. acres, as more fully described on Public Works Drawing No. 1974, from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to A-2 (Agriculture). SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-9 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for parcel No. 27 Estate Slob, East End Quarter, St. Croix consisting of 8.0186 U.S. Acres as shown on PWD No. 174 as revised January 5, 1967 from R-1 (Residential-Low density) to B-3 (Business-Scattered). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on November 10, 2005. …
