ACTNO. 8768 BILL NO. 35-0162 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2023 An Act providing an appropriation to the Virgin Islands Taxicab Commission for the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated out of any available funds in the Taxi License Fund to the Virgin Islands Taxicab Commission for the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024. 2114 TAXI REVOLVING FUND FY 2024 480 VIRGIN ISLANDS TAXICAB COMMISSION Funding for Existing Filled Positions $ 374,000 TOTAL 480 VIRGIN ISLANDS TAXICAB COMMISSION $ 374,000 TOTAL 2114 TAXI REVOLVING FUND $ 374,000 6068 TOURISM ADVERTISING REVOLVING FUND FY 2024 480 VIRGIN ISLANDS TAXICAB COMMISSION Funding for Existing Filled Positions $ 276,383 TOTAL 480 VIRGIN ISLANDS TAXICAB COMMISSION $ 276,383 TOTAL 6068 TOURISM ADVERTISING REVOLVING FUND $ 276,383 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 22, 2023.
