ACT NO.6649 BILL NO. 25-0164 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS , OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for Plots No. 9A, 1D, 1G, 1H, 11, JJ, 1K and 1L, and the Remainder of Plot No. 1 Estate Whim, Frederiksted, St. Croix, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plots No. 9A, 1D, 1G, 1H, 11, 1J, 1K and 1L, and the Remainder of Parcel No. 1 Estate Whim, Frederiksted, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 4.7 U.S. acres as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No. 4550, dated September 8, 1982, and Department of Public Works Registration No. 2629, dated June 16, 1969 from R-2 (Residential-Low Density — One and Two Family) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density). …
