ET i 3 hereby made known that the 4 Horse, Carriage and Boat Tax will be payakble, for the second half vear 1924, at the Police Otfices in Uhristiansted and Frederiksted from July 20, 1924 to August 10, 1524, both days included. Parties remaining in arrears {ov this tax after Avgust 10, 1924, will be subject to a fine of Fres. 1.00 it the tax be under Fres. 25.00 and Fres, 2.00 if the tax be Fres. 25.00 or over, besides the ordinary levy CaDENSES, Ihe tax-lists will be distributed by the Police and are to he correctly filled out in conformity with Ordinance of February 22 1853 and returned to the respective Polico Offices within 48 hours in the towus and 4 days in the country districts.
