ACTNO, 775 BILL NO. 31-0193 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act providing an appropriation for operating expenses of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016 ---0--- Be it enacted by the legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding 33 V.LC. § 3003a (ec), the following sum, or so much of the sum as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Transportation Trust Fund to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles Fund for operating expenses, including wages of salaried employees of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles during the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2015 and ending September 30, 2016, as specified in this Act: FISCAL YEAR 2016 2094 BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES 360 BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES TOTAL BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES $1,000,000 TOTAL BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES FUND $1,000,000 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 22, 2015. 2 Witness our Hands and Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this 2H of September, A.D., 2015. …
