COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE/FLOOR BILL NO. 35-0080 Thirty-Fifth Legislature of the Virgin Islands May 3, 2023 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for the island of St. Croix to rezone Plot No. 52-B Estate Hannah’s Rest, West End Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, from C (Commercial) to B-3 (Business Scattered) PROPOSED BY: Senator Novelle E. Francis, Jr. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the 2 Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning 3 designation for Plot No. 52-B Estate Hannah’s Rest, West End Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin 4 Islands, consisting of approximately 0.7717 U.S. acres as more fully shown on OLG Drawing 5 No. 685 dated May 23, 1958, revised August 17, 2000, from C (Commercial) to B-3 (Business- 6 Scattered). 7 BILL SUMMARY 8 This bill rezones Plot No. 52-B Estate Hannah’s Rest, West End Quarter, St. Croix, 9 Virgin Islands, from C (Commercial) to B-3 (Business-Scattered). 10 BR23-0501/April 24, 2023/GC 11
