Evecutive Order No. 1--1923. = YRCUTIVE Order No. 17 ccncerning t Pardorns and Paroles, issued on the vß.h day of December, 1918, is so far modhfied that the Judge of the Police Court at Christiansted is appointed a Member of the Board of Pardons and Pa- roles vice the former Judge of the Or- dinary Town Court of Christiansted. The Government Attorney for the Municipality of Saint Cioix is hereby appointed a Men:ber of the Board of Puar- dons and Parotes ir addition to the mem- bers appointed by ioxecutive Order No. 17 above referred to, as mod.fied by the first paragraph ol this Execuuve Order. The Board of Pardens and Paroles shall seleet its own Chairman, Vice- Chairman and Sceretary.
