ACTNO. 8338 BILL NO. 33-0384 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act providing an appropriation for the operation of the Judicial Branch of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2020, to September 30, 2021 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $35,246,781 is appropriated from the General Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021, to the Supreme Court of the Virgin Islands for operating expenses. SECTION 2. The sum of $103,285 is appropriated from the General Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021, to the Judicial Council of the Virgin Islands for operating expenses. SECTION 3. The sum of $4,888,368 is appropriated from the General Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021, to the Office of the Territorial Public Defender of the Virgin Islands for operating expenses.
