Required Qualifications of Respondent, Historically Underutilized Business/Minority and Women-OQwned Business Enterprises (M/WBE}, Page 21 of 23 and Attachment C Statement of Responsibility states 30% of new hires must be Virgin Islands residents and a HUBZone, M/WBE, and DBE goal of 36%, Given that this is an on-call. contract and the specific tasks are unknown at this time, would the DPP allow the Respondent to commit to meeting the overall goals of the contract and respond to the needs. of the DOE without providing a specific percentage of work to be subcontracted to each team member at this time?.
