ACT NO, 7021 BILL NO. 27-0222 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2008 An Act to rezone Parcel Nos. 19 through 24 and No. 65 Estate Mount Welcome, Matricular No. 1A and 1B, East End, Quarter “A,” St. Croix, from W-2 (Waterfront - Industrial) to B-2 (Business - Secondary/Neighborhood) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-19 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel Nos. 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 65 Estate Mount Welcome, Matricular No. 1A and 1B, East End, Quarter “A,” St. Croix, consisting of approximately 0.898 U.S. acres, as more fully described in Office of the Lieutenant Governor (“OLG”) Drawing No. 90, dated July 4, 1944, and revised September 14, 1953, from W-2 (Waterfront — Industrial) to B-2 (Business - Secondary/Neighborhood). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on August 22, 2008. …
