Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code chapter 3 section 238a, a use variance is granted for Parcel No. 3-B Estate Constitution Hill, Queens Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 2.0841 U. S. acres, as depicted on OLG Drawing No. 863 dated January 7, 1960, from the R-1 (Residential—Low Density) zoning designation for operation of a personal care services business, including a nail and beauty salon, day spa and a bridal changing room, under the conditions prescribed in section 2 of this Act.
