ACT NO, 7%714 BILL NO. 30-0536 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act ratifying Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-06-14(W) issued to Neal K. Henderson WHEREAS, the St. Thomas Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Commission issued Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-06-14(W) to Neal K. Henderson on September 18, 2014, and the Govemor approved the Permit on October 17, 2014; and WHEREAS, Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-06-14(W) allows for the use and occupancy of the existing 248ft” dock and 2632 ft" of associated water area located seaward of Parcel No. 88 Estate Frydenhoj, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. WHEREAS, title 12 Virgin Islands Code, section 911, subsection (e), provides that the Governor’s approval must be ratified by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, the Legislature has determined that the grant of Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-6-14(W) will serve the public interest; Now, Therefore, Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. …
