May 29, 2026 RE: ADDENDUM I - Salvage Silent Auction Award Notification Dear Salvage Silent Auction Bidders: On May 29, 2026, the Department of Property and Procurement (“DPP”) received notification that one (1) email account was quarantined by Bureau of Information Technology (“BIT”) for security purposes during the auction period of May 21-22, 2026. The BIT has subsequently deemed the email non-malicious and has released the email to DPP. The DPP’s Division of Procurement has reviewed the submission in accordance with the Salvage Silent Auction Rules, Regulations, and Procedures and Salvage Silent Auction Award Limitation Policies and Procedures (“Rules”). As a result, and in accordance with the Rules and Title 31, Chapter 20, Section 169(b) of the Virgin Islands Code, the following individual submitted the highest responsive bids for each item and is awarded as follows. May 29, 2026 RE: ADDENDUM I - Salvage Silent Auction Award Notification Dear Salvage Silent Auction Bidders: On May 29, 2026, the Department of Property and Procurement (“DPP”) received notification that one (1) email account was quarantined by Bureau of Information Technology (“BIT”) for security purposes during the auction period of May 21-22, 2026.
