ACTNO. 8410 BILL NO. 33-0434 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act to rezone Remainder Parcel No. 5 Estate Honduras, No. 8C Southside Quarter, (Residential-Medium Density) to S (Special) ~-0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. STZ-11 for the island of St. Thomas, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Remainder Parcel No. 5 Estate Honduras, No. 8C Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.393 U.S. acres as more fully described on PWD Map No. D9-9388-T019, dated August 1, 2019, from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to S (Special).
