COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE/FLOOR BILL NO. 36-0287 Thirty-Sixth Legislature of the Virgin Islands May 8, 2026 An act amending Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7, St. Thomas to rezone Right of Way Parcel No. 1-68-A and Parcel Nos. 1-68-1, 1-68-2, 1-68-3, 1-68-4, and 1-68 Remainder Estate Bakkero, No. 5 Frenchman Bay Quarter, St. Thomas from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) PROPOSED BY: Senator Milton E. Potter, by Request of the Governor SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official 1 Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning 2 designation of Right of Way Parcel No. 1-68-A and Parcel Nos. 1-68-1, 1-68-2, 1-68-3, 1-68- 3 4, and 1-68 Remainder Estate Bakkero, No. 5, Frenchman Bay Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting 4 of a combined acreage of 14.034 U.S. acres, as shown on survey drawing numbers D9-7792- 5 T006 and D9-8140-T008 from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-3 (Residential-Medium 6 Density). 7 BILL SUMMARY 8 This bill provides for the rezoning of Right of Way Parcel No. …
