ACT NO.6438 BILL NO. 24-0116 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2001 To provide for the Lump Sum appropriation from the Virgin Islands Insurance Guaranty Fund, to the General Fund BE IF ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The amount of $5,000,000 is hereby appropriated from funds available or deposited in the Virgin Islands Insurance Guaranty Fund created pursuant to title 33, chapter 111, and section 3061, to the General Fund for Fiscal Year October 1, 2001 to September 30, 2002. Such funds shall remain available until expended. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 24, 2001.
