ACTNO, 8699 BILL NO. 34-0377 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. STZ-9 for the island of St. Thomas to change the zoning designation of Parcels No. 19F-1 Remainder and 19N Remainder, Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2, and 3, East End Quarter, St. Thomas from A-1 (Agricultural Zone) to C (Commercial) and R-3 (Residential-Medium Density), respectively ‘ oa ae Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map STZ-9 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the designation of Parcel No. 19F-1 Remainder Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2, and 3 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of approximately 5.522 U.S. acres, as shown on Drawing No. D9-9564-T021 dated April 23, 2021, from A-1 (Agricultural Zone) to C (Commercial). (b) Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning use variance from the C (Commercial) zoning designation is granted for Parcel No. 19F-1 Remainder Estate Smith Bay, Nos. …
