Title 33 Virgin Islands Code, subtitle 3, chapter 111, section 3080 is amended by striking subsections (g) and (h) in their entirety. SECTION 2. Pursuant to 1 V.LC. §50, the enactment of section 1 does not release or extinguish any right acquired. under 33 V.1.C. §3080, subsections (g) and (h) existing before the effective date of this Act, and any rights or privileges acquired under 33 V.I.C. $3080 subsections (g) and subsections before the effective date of this Act are not affected by the enactment of section | of this Act, but remain in full force.
