There is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011, from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees’ Increment Fund, established pursuant to section 3066 of title 33, Virgin Islands Code, the sum of $881,424 to the Public Employee’s Relations Board for operating expenses.
