ACTNO. 6904 BILL NO. 26-0349 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 An Act rezoning Plot No. 5F Estate Dorothea, No. 6 Little Northside Quarter from R-1 (Residential—low Density) to B-3 (Business-Scattered) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. STZ Map No. 4 for the island of St. Thomas, is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 5F Estate Dorothea, No. 6 Little Northside Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of approximately 1.046 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on O.L.G. Drawing No. D9-7764-T006 1377, from R-1 (Residential-—Low Density one and two family units) to B-3 (Business-Scattered). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on December 8, 2006.
