LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS CERTIFICATE OF ENACTMENT NOTWITHSTANDING THE GOVERNOR’S VETO THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT, Section 2 of Act No. 7731 (Bill No. 30-0062-1) - An Act providing funding for the Governor Juan F.
