ACT NQ.. mehe r4 1 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To grant a zoning variance to Parcels No. 5K-2 and 5K-4 Estate Pastory, No. 5 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, to allow for the construction of a maximum of four dwelling units on each lot ---(--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, section 238a, Virgin Islands Code, a zoning, variance is granted to Parcels No. 5K-2 and 5K-4 Estate Pastory, No. 5 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. J ohn, Virgin Islands consisting of approximately 0.672 U.S. acres and 0.657 U.S. acres respectively, as more adequately depicted on OLG Drawing No. A9 514-T98, for the purpose of constructing a maximum of four dwelling units on each lot. All other requirements of the R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) zoning designation shall continue to apply.
