ACT NO.6449 BILL NO, 24-0127 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2001 To provide an appropriation for operating expenses ef the Department of Public Works from the St. John Capital Improvement Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the Fiscal Year October 1, 2091 through September 30. 2002 ---()--- RE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1}. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated from the St. John Capital Improvement Fund for operating expenses including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of the Department of Public Works for the Fiscal Year Octoher 1, 2091 through September 30, 2002. and shall remain available until expended.
