de maximis TUTU WELL FIELDS PROJECT PROGRESS REPORT MAY 1994 WORK COMPLETED DURING PREVIOUS MONTH • Completion of the following Phase II drilling activities: Installation of Monitoring Wells MW-20, MW-20D, and MW-24. Completion of well development, including Monitoring Wells MW-13D, MW-22D, MW-20, MW-20D, and MW-24. Repair of 4-inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC) cistern pipe near Monitoring Well MW-24. • Water-level measurements taken of supply wells and monitoring wells during the week of May 9, 1994. • Ground water sampling of supply wells and monitoring wells commenced during the week of May 18, 1994. • Laboratory coordination including bottle ordering, shipments, and letters to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) regarding sampling procedures. • Site access Revisions. • Pumpage impact monitoring of Eglin III supply well. The following work was performed: Installation of water meter at Eglin III. Procurement of materials and equipment. Water-level measurements in observation wells. Trucked water provided to well owner during pumping test. …
