COMMITTEE ON BUDGET, APPRPRIATIONS AND FINANCE BILL NO. 36-0330 Thirty-Sixth Legislature of the Virgin Islands July 21, 2026 An act amending title 33 Virgin Islands Code, subtitle 3, section 3072 relating to appropriations from the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund PROPOSED BY: Senator Angel Bolques, Jr. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Title 33 Virgin Islands Code, subtitle 3, section 3072 is amended as 2 follows: (1) by striking “upon warrant of the Commissioner of Tourism” and inserting “only 3 upon appropriation from the Legislature of the Virgin Islands”; and 4 (2) by striking “, upon appropriation from the Legislature of the Virgin Islands,” 5 after “Governor”. 6 BILL SUMMARY 7 This bill seeks to amend title 33 Virgin Islands Code, subtitle 3, section 307 relating to 8 appropriations from the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund. 9 BR26-1166/July 10, 2026/LMW 10
