ACTNO, @86% BILL NO. 31-0270 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act amending title 18 Virgin Islands Code, sections 492 and 523 relating to the form of ballot and voting by party symbol on the electronic voting system ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 18 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 19, subchapter III, section 492, subsection (d) is amended by inserting “and the political party symbol” after “party” where it first appears. SECTION 2. Title 18 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 20, section 523 is amended by striking paragraph (10) in its entirety. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on March 30, 2015.
