ACTNO, 789° BILL NO. 31-0405 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act providing an appropriation for operating expenses of the Virgin Islands Board of Education from the General Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October |, 2016 through September 2017 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Fund for operating expenses, including maintenance, supplies machinery and equipment and other purposes to the Virgin Islands Board of Education for the fiscal year October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017. FISCAL YEAR 2017 0100 GENERAL FUND 330 VIRGIN ISLANDS BOARD OF EDUCATION TOTAL BOARD OF EDUCATION $1,742,975 TOTAL GENERAL FUND $1,742,975 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 21, 2016.
