SECOND AMENDMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT al THIS AGREEMENT made as of the 2D day of Mare la , 2017 in the Territory of the Virgin Islands, by and between the GOVERNMENT of the Virgin Islands DEPARTMENT OF PROPERTY AND PROCUREMENT, on behalf of the Office of Management and Budget (VIOMB), Department of Finance (VIDOF), Department of Education (VIDE), Department of Health (VIDH) and the Department of Human Services (VIDHS), (hereinafter referred to as “GOVERNMENT”) and Bazilio Cobb Associates, PC (hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR?”). Both parties witness to being duly authorized to execute this agreement and will attest accordingly when and where necessary. WITNESSETH WHEREAS, pursuant to Contract No. P07IOMBT16 approved by the Governor on September 21, 2016 and this Amendment No. II, once approved by the Governor (which constitute and are hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”), the GOVERNMENT contracted with CONTRACTOR to provide Third Party Fiduciary Oversight Services; and WHEREAS, the First Amendment to the Contract expires /expired pursuant to its terms on March 31, 2017; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Contract for nineteen (19) months. This contract extension period for the services shall be effective from April 1, 2017 and conclude October 31, 2018 upon the execution by the Governor of the Virgin Islands.; and WHEREAS the Government has exercised the right to renew as one (1) extended term of six (6) months under the First Amendment P0110MBT17 which was approved on November 4, 2016. WHEREAS, the extension of the Contract pursuant to this Amendment of Professional Services Contract shall not result in any change to the scope of work provided for under the Contract and shall not require an increase to the compensation originally provided for under the Contract.
