Francis, Jr. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 5, section 65 is amended by striking 2 “$75” and inserting “$150”. 3 BILL SUMMARY 4 This bill amends title 3 Virgin Islands Code, section 65 to increase the stipend for 5 members of a board or commission from $75 per day to $150 for attendance at official 6 meetings. 7 BR24-0999/February 9, 2024/PFA 8
