ACT NO.6533 BILL NO 24-0259 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To provide an appropriation to the Department of Human Services and for various other purposes ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of title 33 Virgin Islands Code, section 3004, subsections (c) and (f), the sum of $1, 255,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2002, from the Land Bank Fund to the Department of Human Services to pay contractual obligations to the Devereux Foundation of Victoria, Texas for provision of housing and comprehensive services to Virgin Islanders with severe physical and mental] disabilities. The sum appropriated in this section shall remain available until expended. SECTION 2. Act No. 6462 (Bill No. 24-0128), Section 1, subsection (u) is amended in the items designated “Charles Harwood Hospital Pharmacist” and “Medication for Pharmacy-Charles Harwood Hospital-St. …
