ACT NO, 7928 BILL NO. 31-0464 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act ratifying the Governor's approval of Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-05-12(W) issued to Secret Harbour Beach Resort by the St. Thomas Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Commission an-)-== WHEREAS, the St. Thomas Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Commission issued Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-05-12(W) on February 7, 2016 to Secret Harbour Beach Resort; and WHEREAS, Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-05-12(W) authorizes Secret Harbour Beach Resort to have the continued use of an existing 12 x 80 ft. dock and the associated submerged lands surrounding the dock; one 2-inch intake line and one 2-inch discharge line for an upland reverse osmosis plant and to install a 12.5 ft. x 15 ft. swim platform in an uncolonized area of the bay seaward of Parcels No. 2D-A, 2D-B, 2D-15, 2H-24-1, 2H-24 and 2H-25 Estate Nazareth, St. Thomas; and WHEREAS, the Honorable Kenneth E.
