David BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) Title 14, section 1862, subsection (2), Virgin Islands Code, is amended by deleting “3 years” wherever it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “7 years’. (b) Title 14, chapter 113, section 2253, Virgin Islands Code is, amended in the (1) subscction (a) is amended by striking “three” and inserting “five”; and (2) subsection (b) is amended by striking “five” where it appcars and inserting “seven”. 1 2 3 A 5 6 following instances: rf 8 9 0 BROO-1280 / March 23,2000 /CEK
